Were you able to make any headway or progress using the information

in the iCloud support site directly concerning this topic?

• iCloud: Find My iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, or Mac - Apple Support:

There isn't much we can do here in a discussion if the system you have

set up wasn't engaged, or was but then if someone turned it off before

anyone in authority could track its last known location.

You may have to contact a law enforcement agency in your location and

give them a report to include the product serial number and other items

should the lost or stolen iDevice show up. Usually an 'Activation Lock'

may be engaged; before anyone can try to use the iDevice, it must be

dis-engaged; the following article covers that aspect of this Lock.

This support page has instructions as to what to try & do; read it carefully:

• Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support

The iCloud support page first linked above has other helpful articles.

At this point, as most who reply in Apple discussions are fellow users,

who volunteer their time & internet access, personal computer time, etc

to helping others, perhaps another helpful respondent offer more ideas.

In any event...

Good luck in this matter! 😐
