    Hello M shrestha,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities!

It is my understanding you are experiencing some unexpected behavior with your iPad.  I will do everything I can to help you.

It looks like you have already performed a restart and a reset.  Those are both good troubleshooting steps.

The next thing we want to do is to make sure you have a current backup of everything on your iPad.  If you follow this link, you will find instructions on how to do a backup:
How to backup your devices using iCloud or iTunes

Once the backup is finished, we want to reset all settings.  Reset All Settings resets preference files that may be having issues. This step will not delete your contacts or photos or any personal information. It does remove all of your preferences for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Do No Disturb, Notifications, General, Sounds, Brightness & Wallpaper and removes your Touch ID & Passcode.

You do this by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings.

Once you have done this, test the iPad and see if it works correctly.

If the issue continues, the iPad would need to be restored as new.  Once the iPad is restored as new, check to see if the iPad is functioning correctly.  If it continues to behave erratically, then it would need to be looked at by a service technician.  If it is functioning correctly, then restore from the backup and confirm that it continues to function as expected.  If the issue returns, then there is something in the backup that is causing the problem and it will need to be restored as new again.

Restore as new by following the instructions from this link:

How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups.

    Have a great day!
