A red warning sign "safe boot" has appeared on the upper right of my screen

Booting is very slow and towards the end it is fast. before booting end horizontal flickering lines appear and disappear.

My password is not recognized any longer.

When I was using the laptop last the mouse was moving any item that I clicked on to the right and to be read later was also appearing.

It seems these information that was move to the left by the mouse is blocking my password

You have booted into Safe Mode. You must have held the option key or the cat did it.

You can recover your Admin password:

Boot up holding Command + r keys into your Recovery Partition

About OS X Recovery - Apple Support

(Expect it to take longer to start this way because it runs a directory check first. Also give it a little time after start because it runs some maintenance routines in the beginning.)

Launch Terminal at the prompt type resetpassword

Press Enter

This opens a window with your password reset settings.
