    Well hey there ezieleman!

I'm so happy to assist you here in the Apple Support Communities! Congratulations, by the way, on that new MacBook Pro. Possibilities are endless with such a fantastic device. It's certainly normal for some areas of your keyboard and bottom surface of your Mac to become warm after extended periods of use. Have a glance over this resource for tips on keeping that notebook within normal operating temperatures.

    Hello Stuckboss

I've read that post indeed, but can't find a solution I understand that we after extended use the laptop becomes warm.

but also just after a reboot and leave it just on the table the system is getting warm.

Maybe the best thing to do is going to a mac store to let them check if it's normal.

    kind regards

    Emiel

    Welcome back ezieleman!

Not to worry. You may certainly have the machine inspected at an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. Before making a trip, let's try resetting the computer's SMC. This controls the system's power supply:

Reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac

This will help get things moving again and help keep that machine cool. Should you still be interested with service options, start here:

    Have an amazing day!
