Q: Compressor Job stuck
I have a job in Compressor that is stuck and not moving. I can add more files to be processed and they encode OK. I've tried to restart the Mac and still doesn't sort the problem.
I'm sure many years ago I had this but can't remember how to solve it.
This is what it looks like
OS X El Capitan (10.11.6), MacPro, rMBP, iPhone 6Plus

Try hitting this Reset button in the Advanced pane of compressor Preferences.
