Q: After our AppleTV sleeps, if we go to watch a movie/tv show that has been purchased we get the notification that it's "unable to load content". We have to completely restart to access any purchased content.

We have the AppleTV (4th Gen, 64GB). Whenever we 'wake' the AppleTV from sleep mode, we can't access any of our purchased content until we start the system. We have never had this issue until just a few weeks ago. All software is up to date and automatically updated, internet is just fine, and nothing has changed since we set up the AppleTV. Frustrating not being able to access content we have already purchased without jumping through hoops.
