Is there anyway that i can recover this album

okay so i just bought frank oceans new album on my phone, and i bought it and everything is all good. i have then gone onto my sisters ipod so she doesnt steal my music (because we share an apple id) and ive deleted it off "my music", but then i have later gone to download it on my laptop and its not there and i have soon realised that its gone and i cant find it.

It says that it has been purchased but i cant find the re-download button.

Is there anyway that i can recover this album because it means the world to me.
