iPhone
Q: Can anyone tell me how to get 3D touch to work on iphone 6S? It has never worked?
3D touch is on, but it doesn't work even on the sensitivity test. It is not set to zoom, nor is any setting in zoom toggled on. I do not have a screen cover on it. I have hard reset it. I'm at a loss for how to make it work.

The following steps may help:
- If you have not yet done so, first update your iPhone to the latest software (then test again before continuing):
- Back up your iPhone via iTunes (you may wish to choose the option to encrypt the backup) and/or via iCloud:
- Restore your iPhone to factory settings using iTunes (installing a fresh copy of iOS):
- Test whether 3D Touch works before restoring from your backup:
If the issue persists when your iPhone has been restored to factory settings, contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation with a view to having your iPhone checked under warranty:
