Q: MSN, not relevant ads

I like to check on the top headlines on MSN on my iPhone 6.  Match has a website banner that appears under the pictures with rotating females.  I am a married female with kids.  We don't use these sites, the last thing I want to see is other females.  I have deleted my cookies, Limit Ad Browsing is on and we don't send feedback.  Any thoughts or help?

    Ask MSN or Microsoft.

But on a more serious note.

You said you had kids, perhaps they and/or your boyfriend/husband is visiting some... less appropriate sites and therefore the ad matchmaking is figuring you for someone liking females?

Or it could be that deleting cookies makes the website think you are a male by default as they have nothing to go on.

My knowledge of admaking and webhosting is limited to say the least.
