What should i do ?

 

If your Apple ID was locked, you can use two-step verification for apple ID,
once you have confirmed your account informations will start as normal again.

If you don't confirm your account within 24 hours, your account will be permanently frozen.

Start verification your Apple ID.

Well that's a scam alright. After you report it to Apple, delete the message.
