Q: iTunes error 5002
I shouldn't have to use the stupid community to get help for this. I have a lot of apple devices and i cannot sign on to any of them. On my laptop, i keep getting an error 5002. On my iPad and iPhone i just keep getting error unknown.

Error 5002 indicates an error connecting to the iTunes Store.
