Q: Preview keeps resetting to bottom of document

When I scroll on the sidebar of this document (up or down), it will jump to the bottom of the document. This problem doesn't seem to happen any when scrolling on the pages, but only on the sidebar. I don't know if this is important but when this happens, it shows the scroll bar as filling up the available space vertically (as if there isn't any room to scroll). I am using a logitech mouse with my mbp and the issue goes away when I unplug the usb receiver but not when I turn the mouse off.
