Aug 24, 2016 1:51 PM in response to YEARZERO1by Carolyn Samit,Hi,
Your profile suggests your iPhone is running iOS 9.3.3.
If that is the case, tap Settings > General > Software Update so you can update to 9.3.4.

Aug 25, 2016 3:17 AM in response to infoseeby YEARZERO1,They are both on same network, have tried forgetting network and re-adding. So like before I get a pairing number accept and device never found. Must be a simple solution to this.

Aug 25, 2016 9:17 AM in response to Eric Rootby YEARZERO1,Thanks Eric, I have tried all those suggestions, but still end up with same problem. phone/mac both say network unable to connect. On mac bluetooth preferences it displays phone but can't connect, nothing shown in air drop via finder. Phone displays macbook but can't connect. Well after trying all that my phone can't locate my mac either now... so frustrating.
