Changing rescue email
I need to change my rescue email but I don't know the answers to the security questions. This is a catch 22. Please advise.
You can't change it if you can't remember your answers, you will have to contact Support to get the questions reset : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support
When they've been reset you can then change your rescue email address for potential future use : About your Apple ID email addresses - Apple Support
