I cant send an email over 100MB because it says i am not connected to a wifi network when I am, I also can't send iMessages

As stated by rccharles, the email providers set limits on the size of emails that you can send, and I have never seen one that allows an email that is that large to be sent.

It really, really helps if you provide some background information. What happens when you try to send an iMessage? has your email address been verified? Did you set everything up correctly?
If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support
My mail servers have a limit on the max size of the email. I suggest you a cloud service where you can upload stuff.
