Battery Stats: Time since last full charge not resetting

I recharged my iphone 6 overnight (using wall outlet) and checked the battery statistics.

I had 100% battery but the stats don't seem to change.

all the listed apps still had percentage statistics

the "time since last full charge" is not reset.

It says its been over a day since a "full recharge" and also that my phone has been plugged it since last full charge.

what am i doing wrong?
