Ever since iOS 9.3.4 update to my iPad 3, the usual popup login page to connect to the internet at Starbuck's, Panera's or at local medical facility does not come up. No problem with home wifi or facility that does not require you to click on "agree to terms."

Please take a look at Problems joining Wi-Fi networks that require viewing a redirect page in iOS 8.1.2? Check your "Auto-Login" setting. This might be your problem. The update may have changed this logic.

I wasn't able to use McDonald's wifi, but I was able to use an AT&T wifi that did not need login. I followed the suggestion made with the Auto-Login setting--and it worked! In the next couple of days--I will try it at Starbucks and Panera's and see if it works there! Thanks!
