MMy screen is black on my iPhone 6. I've done what you suggested. It's locked. And the voice is very very fasts what else can I do besides holding down both buttons, plug into my computer...etc. can I get to a Genius Bar at Mission Viejo Mall today before 6

What is it that you've tried ? Soft-reset/reboot ? Copying content off, backing up, restoring ? Copying content off, resetting back to factory defaults ?
