Q: iTunes Store Downloading Stuck
I Recently purchased an iPad mini 4. In the iTunes Store it started downloading songs and then stopped These songs (one album) are no longer available in the store. I cannot delete the stuck downloads. Turning off iPad (pressing home and on button simultaneously) does not work. Any ideas?

Since you're still not able to remove these downloads after trying the above instructions, we recommend that you first create a back up of your data using iTunes or iCloud, then erase your iPad back to factory settings.
This website goes over how to back up your iPad:
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
Once you have a back up, you can then erase your iPad using the steps here:
Erase all content and settings on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Apple Watch - Apple Support
Once you've completed this process, you can restore from your back up and you should no longer see any pending downloads in the iTunes Store as this data is not stored as a part of your back up.
This website has more information on how to restore from your back up:

Cheers!
