Q: iTunes Store Downloading Stuck

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! After reading over your post, I see that you have a few songs that got stuck downloading inside the iTunes Store app for your iPad. I know it's nice to keep this downloads list clear, so I'm happy to offer some assistance.

The steps in the article are geared more toward resuming the downloads rather than deleting them, so if you do get them resumed and fully downloaded to the iPad, you can certainly delete them from the Music app once they are done downloading. Alternatively, if they still remain stuck, you can try swiping your finger to the left over each one and the option to "Delete" should appear. 

If you find that the steps in the article do not resolve your issue, I'd recommend that you sign out of your Apple ID in Settings > iTunes and App Store, restart your device, then sign back in before checking the iTunes Store app to see if they are still there.

Since you're still not able to remove these downloads after trying the above instructions, we recommend that you first create a back up of your data using iTunes or iCloud, then erase your iPad back to factory settings.

Once you have a back up, you can then erase your iPad using the steps here:

Once you've completed this process, you can restore from your back up and you should no longer see any pending downloads in the iTunes Store as this data is not stored as a part of your back up.
