El captin: Guest user only showing up at Login

Hi, I have a problem with my mac book pro login screen, it only showing guest user

and administrator user doesn't exist anymore !
so,I tried to disable guest user and it didn't work
because of (user & groups ) always ask for username and password to unlock users

which I don't know.

any ideas !!
