Good internet speed - Browsers won't load.

Hello everyone, I am struggling to load pages properly in both Chrome and Safari. The pages either partially load or don't load at all, but if the page loads a video, the video will play and load fully. My internet speed is 100MB when I manage to get the speed checker to load and if I turn my WiFi on and off my internet seems to work normally for a minute or less, and sometimes pages will load fine for a little while, but the problem always returns shortly.

These are my specs:
Macbook pro 15" retina 2014
2.2GHz Intel Core i7
16GB 1600 MHz DDR3

El Capitan 10.11.6
