How do I remove "FromDocToPDF toolbar"?

"FromDocToPDF toolbar” is a browser hijacker. The FromDocToPDF toolbar was installed on my computer during the installation of other free software.

iMac (27-inch, Late 2012), OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

Try running malwarebytes https://www.malwarebytes.com/antimalware/mac/
