My mother decided to try setting up her iPhone. She used an email address she doesn't remember the password for. So she has no way of verifying that email address. I've created and iCloud account and linked it to her phone. But there doesn't seem to be a way to change out the email address it asks for when signing in. It only gives options for password reset.
