I have the two steps confirm for my iCloud. If someone tries to log on to my iCloud e-mail, will they still need to know the two steps code to get in?
And when I have two steps on, Will I still get an email if someone tries to log on to my iCloud?

If you click on the link and sign in there is an option to create app specific passwords. Once you do that, go back to Mail and use that password to sign in.
