I requested unlock for my 6s plus from tmobile and i got aproved, the phone is unlocked since 21 august but on apple servers its still locked. I tried every single way over 10 times each and the phone wont unlock. I know apple cannot unlock phones but can it be apples fault?

Please be more specific about what you've already tried. Have you already restored the phone as new in iTunes?
I tried the ways discribed on the article. Restore iphone from itunes with tmobile sim card inside.

What other SIM card have you tried that indicates the phone is still locked? Have you tried restoring with that SIM in the phone?
Yes i tried with my bulgarian sim which picks up at&t network but i got sim not supported message
I suggest that you get an actual AT&T SIM to test it with. It does not have to be an active SIM, but if your phone is unlocked then you should see "No Service" in the status bar instead of getting a "SIM not supported" message when using an AT&T SIM. Your Bulgarian carrier may not be supported or they may have some other issue on their end which is why it is a good idea to try a true AT&T SIM card.
