Why there is no Apple Store in Ethiopia?

Ethiopia is one of the faster growing economies in the world. The country is a political seat of the people of Africa and and also the second largest population in the continent. Having all these means it is good marketing opportunity for Apple. I am wondering why apple still did not consider this. If it has considered it, it is interestign to know what is going on/ what has happened?

There are some independent authorized service and sales companies in Ethiopia

according to the results of using the Apple - Find Locations - Country Selector:

User uploaded file Other Africa and Middle East

One has to find a country in the drop-down list, if one appears, then choose it

and then enter a likely city or urban center name; if nothing appears then choose

different city name. If country map appears, it may show more nearby businesses.

Some locations are harder to find any AASP, (service or sales, some do both.) Yet

if you are looking for an Official Apple store, they may be lacking in some regions.

There are more independent 'Apple authorized' resellers and service providers.

Good luck in this matter! 🙂
