iOS can not prevent redirect no matter what version you're using. Wanna bet?

If it keeps redirecting, I can think of 2 possibilities, the website you visit is booby trapped with malicious ads or your wireless router has been breached and its DNS addresses have been changed to bad DNS that redirects traffic to trade exchange.
