Q: USB sound adapter

How should i know which USB sound adapter shall I buy for my macbook. I need it for my logitech h111 headset to work.

    Well hey there CharmS5! 

     

    It's a pleasure to see you here in the Apple Support Communities. Headsets are great communication tools for varying applications on your Mac. This particular headset seems to come with the 3.5mm headphone connector which is an available port on the MacBook (13-inch, 2006-2010). Those ports are on the right side. If we're talking about the new MacBook, you'll find that 3.5mm headphone port on the left side of the computer. 

     

    If you specifically need to utilize a USB connection, go ahead and reach out to Logitech to confirm which adapter they would suggest using with your specific product.

    No, it's on the right side.
