BOSE SOUNDDOCK : wrong insert?

Hi,
I just bought a BOSE SOUNDDOCK and I try to connect my new iPod Nano 4GB (alu). The system came with 3 different inserts, named A, B and C. I have
the impression that none of them of properly working. As a matter of fact, in the manual, there are no specifications about connecting the iPod nano, although the salesman confirmed me that all iPods can be connected. I cannot dock mine properly. Can somebody tell me which insert you I need to use for such an iPod?
I bought the BOSE in Brussels so it has European specifications, if that would matter (my iPod was bought in the USA 3 weeks ago!)
thanks

all the "dock" inserts for Nano are for all previous generations. Apple in its great wisdom moved the dock on the nano over about 1MM which is why they don't work. I removed the insert for my iHome until last night. purchased the Bose, tried it in Circuit City and found the same problem. If you drill or file the right side of the inserts to make the insert where the nano sits about 2mm longer, you will have a large enough opening for the Nano to dock using the Nano insert. All devices come with inserts for Nano, but apple decided - WHY???? - to not make the new Nano "backwards compatible".

Hope that helps, took me about 10 min per insert to lengthen th slot so that my 8G nano now "docks" using Nano insert.

Tx for the reactions!
I found indeed an insert dock in my Nano plastic box which I can more or less use (it's not perfectly fitting either). Estethical problem is that this insert is white whilst my Bose is black!
I try to check with FNAC tomorrow where I bought the BOSE device and see if they can provide me with the special insert which I found in the meantime on this site: http://www.4electronicwarehouse.com/products/bose/nano-insert.html
I keep you posted!
