Then it would be helpful to know how you created your iCloud account? Did you enable any options?

Aug 25, 2016 10:39 AM in response to Romdovgushevby Eric Root,Go to iCloud.com and select Settings. When that page loads, look at the bottom left side under Advanced and see if you can restore from there.

Aug 25, 2016 4:11 PM in response to Romdovgushevby Romdovgushev,YYea I did it aperantly Apple is dumb bc when u create my iTunes synced all my contcts onto oc but when I apply for new icloud u have to b connected to wifi asap nd doba back up otherwise all ur shutters erased just like that so I was on 3gvatvthebtie me it failed to connect on time to back up nd when I used my itunes no automaticllynno he needed to update itself to the iCloud so everything I lost all my contacts they cannot be replaced now that's ****** up Apple is a week they cannot do a good job keeping people safe and that's what it has to do
