Q: iPhone 5s in-call issues (Nothing)
I have just received a 2nd iPhone 5s with the same issue. Both are on the Verizon Network. I have tested both Siri which shows the mic and speaker are working. I have tested the recording app which shows both the mic and speaker are working (both in ear and speaker phone). Texts work fine so seems as if the service is working.
When I attempt calls, the phone call will start to ring and connect, but nothing is heard on either end. On the iPhone, it will not allow me to adjust in call volume (when you press the volume up or down...nothing.) Also nothing happens when you go to speaker phone.
Any ideas? Hardware? Software? Any help would be appreciated.
