    No. The restrictions passcode can not be re-set. Your only option to remove the restrictions is to erase the phone using Find My iPhone, or place it into recovery mode and restore iOS.

     

    In either case, you MUST set it up as a new device. Do NOT restore your backup. The restriction settings are contained in the backup. If you restore the backup, you'll be right back where you started from unless you have a backup that was made prior to turning on the restrictions.
