My girlfriend's iPhone 5c charging port appears to be broken. She is waiting for the new phone to be released before purchasing a new phone, so I am trying to find out how much Apple would charge to replace the charging port. Also, is this a repair which they perform routinely enough that they might have the part in stock for an immediate repair. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Apple will not replace the charting port. They will replace the entire phone.
Without an active AppleCare+ agreement, it's $269 in the US.
