Aug 26, 2016 12:11 PM in response to Alexbagirianby Loner T,What is the version of Windows? You may need to run BC Assistant and use the first two options to create a USB Installer, and boot from it. We need to run chkdsk first, and then run bootrec.exe, if necessary, using https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/927392 as reference.
Do you have any third-party NTFS software?

Aug 26, 2016 12:31 PM in response to Alexbagirianby Loner T,You will need a W7 ISO and/or DVD and create an ISO. Using these and a 8+Gb USB2 flash drive, use BCA to create a W7 Installer. Please use Install Windows 7 and earlier on your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support as a reference, especially Step 11 in the link.
Once you have created the USB Installer, boot from it, use Diskpart to clear attributes, if C: is readonly. Now run chkdsk on C: and test. Run Bootrec.exe, if chkdsk does not fix the issue.
