Q: Constant activation lock screen.  iPhone 6s replacement from apple repair.  I have done everything all 7 upper tier apple support techs have asked me to do.  The activation lock still appears.  Has anyone had any success in resolving this issue?

Support has given up on me.  No one returns my emails or phone calls.  When i call them they tell me they will transfer me to someone who will help but then disconnect me.  what kind of company does this to their  customers?  5 weeks now.  7 techs.  no progress.

    Why don't you take the phone back to where you got it repair from assuming you went directly to that place.

     

    Or schedule an appointment with the genius bar and take your phone to Apple and have it looked at.

    AApple Store with traffic is 8 hours round trip. I've already done the whole mail it in and wait. It doesn't work. This phone is on the verizon network and they can't trace it.  They can't tell me how many minutes used, data used, texts sent. It shows up as "non vzw".   I've done everything support has asked me to do. Reset my Mac, my iPhone, iTunes.  Restored my phone from recovery. Restored from recovery and set up as new. Nothing gets rid of the activation lock asking me for my appleID and password. 12x a day.
