Q: Office 365

I have a new 12" Macbook, a Macbook Pro and an iMacI all running El Capitan with 10.11.6, with MS Office 365 2016 with update 15/25 on all. My PP presentation and linked videos are all in the same folder. If I move the folder containing app and video files onto the desktop and run the presentation, it asks for the 'Additional permission---" - move it to back where it came from and it asks again. Every time you move the folder elsewhere the same requirement. see below

I still have Office 2011 installed on the Macbook Pro and it doesn't happen if I open the pptx file using 2011. I have put the question to the Microsoft Community and they say it is an Apple problem not their software? Any ideas?

Try OS X Mavericks: Set permissions and compare permissions in the two locations.

I checked this and all permissions are 'Read&Write' - no restrictions

I assume you get that dialog each time you try to run the presentation after moving it? What happens if, having moved a presentation, you delete and then reimport the video to the project? Does it still produce the grant access dialog now? (I don't have the software so I cannot try here.)

Just tried that and the same happens. The video clips I use are all mp4 created in iMovie at 720 Low and range from about 20MB to 70MB but isn't clip specific as in any presentation I have to grant access to all the videos? I even tried redoing all of the clips but it makes no difference. I originally thought that it was a function of PP 2016 as it doesn't happen with 2011 but it is consistent across my 3 Macs.
