Q: Office 365
I have a new 12" Macbook, a Macbook Pro and an iMacI all running El Capitan with 10.11.6, with MS Office 365 2016 with update 15/25 on all. My PP presentation and linked videos are all in the same folder. If I move the folder containing app and video files onto the desktop and run the presentation, it asks for the 'Additional permission---" - move it to back where it came from and it asks again. Every time you move the folder elsewhere the same requirement. see below
I still have Office 2011 installed on the Macbook Pro and it doesn't happen if I open the pptx file using 2011. I have put the question to the Microsoft Community and they say it is an Apple problem not their software? Any ideas?
