Alternating Playist?

I am having some Chinese and Mexican people over tonight for some Indian food. I'd really like to know how to make a playlist on Apple Music that alternates between Chinese, Mexican, Indian and American current hits and old-time favourites in all those countries. Does anyone know how it is done? Thank you.
