Q: Some apps I deleted won't re-download
I deleted a couple of apps because I needed some space and other reasons, I want to get them back now and it just won't let me. For example: I want to download Twitter again: I tap the cloud button with the arrow on it and it turns into a a circle for a second and just goes back to the cloud, I keep tapping it and it won't download. This also happens with a few other apps too. How do I redownload my apps again? I looked on some other forums and it said you have to do a hard reset, but I did that and it still will not let me redownload them. Please help

If the forced restart didn't work, the next thing I would try is to sign out of the iTunes Store, restart, and then sign back in.
