You can view an account's purchase history via your computer's iTunes : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support
If you are a family organiser in family sharing, and if the family members didn't have a balance on their accounts, their purchases will also have been charged to your card (in which case you will need to look at their accounts as well).
