Q: iWork isnt free...

Hello.

Week ago i bought a new iPhone 5S 16GB.

2 days ago I wanted do download Keynote but I saw price 9.99Euro...

I tried to relogin Apple ID, restarting a device, checking on iTunes. From internet tutorials says to download from "Apps Made By Apple" or something like this in quick links but I DONT HAVE IT IN QUICKLINKS... Apple why?

With device is everything OKAY. Guarantee started.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.4

I said that I dont have Apps made by Apple in quick links... also in iTunes.

Check in Settings>General>Restrictions. See if you have any restrictions activated. If not, you will need to contact Apple for assistance. When you purchase a new device, you have 90 days of free phone support.
