I forgot which carrier I chosen when I brought my iPhone at apple online store. What can I do to know the carrier.

Check your receipt or check your order history at the online store by logging in. Or, pop the SIM out and see which company name is branded on it.

I have switched once for my SIM so that couldn't help.

Also I have no idea why they do not have my order history, I have even went back to my email and find the email order with a order number, but the apple does not have any information about it.
