Q: IPhone 5S Touchscreen is unresponsive

On my IPhone 5S, the touchscreen stopped working this morning for the first time. I have the latest IOS 9 installed. I am unable to open my device using passcode since touchscreen not working. I have done both soft and hard resets to no avail. I connected to my PC with ITunes (v. 12.4.3.1 32 bit)

I was going to call Apple, but can't get into phone to even see my serial number.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Try Recovery Mode:

If the above steps do not help, you may have to take it to an Apple store for testing.
