Q: Iphone 6 plus touch not responding

Hi,

Few days ago, just noticed my iPhone6 plus screen touch is not responding as usual with very few times of repetition and each time solved by lock/unlock and try again, today the problem is happening too much and couldn't pick the calls up, furthermore i am unable to unlock the iPhone.

Please help to solve this issue as i just noticed its very common problem due to the touch IC disease appeared in very big no. of devices of same product.

Note: i bought it from  (Carrefour warranty is still working)

Looking for ur response as i am having a flight in 48 hrs.

Sincerely yours,

Aziz

Thanks Chris, you may need to look at this, there is a design flaw:

I too am also experiencing this Issue.  I tried to make sure it was not a software bug so I decided to default my phone and update to the latest and greatest iOS.  Not recovering from a back up even!  The issues just randomly started and have only gotten worse.  I actually have an appointment scheduled for this coming week as my local store is booked for days...  I am pretty upset about this issue.  My phone has always been in an OtterBox Defender case and has never been dropped. I also first thought it was the case so I took it off with no help.  I almost decided to have the touch censor and screen replaced. Luckily I decided to wait.  Now that the media has gotten a hold of this hopefully Apple will make this right for all us customers who have faulty workmanship and a horrible design flaw.     Especially since the new phone is due to debut any day now...  If they want me to ever think about replacing my phone or any other apple/mac product again they need to do something.
