We just upgraded my son from an Apple 5 to an Apple 6 and the clerk at Verizon was unable to move contacts and photos to the new phone. It worked on his prior upgrades. How do we find all his info?

What do you mean by "how do we find all his info"? Is it not still on his iPhone 5?
You would have to be able to restore the contacts and photos from a backup that was made on the iPhone 5.
He lost his IPhone 5. Today Verizon downloaded his music, but couldn't do the contacts or photos. His IPhone 5 was backed up 8-11-16.
I went online myself last night and re started his new phone, by deleting all the new apps the Verizon store put on it. Went back to the hello screen and downloaded from ICloud. His phone has everything back on it now. I guess the Verizon clerk did not know what they were doing! Thanks
