Using 2 iTunes libraries for Apple TV

I use a 1 TB external hard disk for my iTunes library and it's full. I have a new TB drive. I know I can create a new library and can go back and forth from my computer to the 2 libraries. But can I do this with my Apple TV - in other words have some movies on 1 library and other movies on the other library? Or is there an easier way?
