Aug 25, 2016 10:21 PM in response to Sher2601by sberman,iOS devices do not sync directly with each other. They can all sync to some intermediary (e.g., iTunes on your computer).
Your PC must have iTunes, and that iTunes needs to be reasonably current. Presumably you already sync your iPad using that iTunes. Simply sync your iPhone using the same iTunes.
Of course, this assumes the iTunes, iPhone and iPad all use the same Apple ID.

Sync your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch with iTunes using Wi-Fi - Apple Support - https://support.apple.com/HT203075
Both devices sync to the same iTunes library, not to each other.
