Hello please I need infor for me account I cand install applications because it tell me me payments it not available but me I have money's in me bank I me card it ok i think me card it booked for ipple accounts please I nead informations

    What is the exact text of the message that you are getting ? And what have you tried e.g. logging into your account (not when trying to download something) and removing the card and then re-entering it - or to download updates to apps and free items you could leave the payment set as 'none' and not re-enter the card's details
