Q: Serial from magic numpad does not work

I've got a problem, the magic numpad serial copied from the left side of it, actually does not work. http://prntscr.com/c9jd2v i think it's too small. Maybe there is some workaround with such issue?

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

Just found a solution, to make every serial work with this soft: http://prntscr.com/cbtz3g just needs change 0F 84 F9 00 00 00 to 0F 85 F9 00 00 00, now works like charm :-D

Ideally you should contact the manufacturer, not Apple. But I have found this link for you which may solve the problem.

Thanks, but it does not work, the serial provided is incorrect, the key generator seems to be a scam

Perhaps I have misunderstood you. Are you referring to numpad as an abbreviation for number pad as can be supplied as an Apple product. Or is this 'numpad' an item manufactured elsewhere. If it is the latter you can only go back to the manufacturer to solve the problem.
