Smart battery cover possible issues

With heavy usage (download apps, taking picture) the phone battery drops down even if the case is in use. It can't keep the phone battery up. When I go back to standard use the phone battery can hardly recover one or maybe two % points. on standby mode it goes back to 100%. I don't know if this is fine for the phone battery to recive an up and down of charges. So I was wondering if this is normal or it's a real cover issue.

I've even tried to inizialize the phone but nothing changed.

the problem is that when the phone battery with intensive use falls below 100% even using the iPhone normally (web browsing) charging is in fits and starts gaining one percentage point and losing right after another, returning to 100% only in standby. my fear that this behavior and short charging (94 -> 100%) can spoil the iPhone's battery.
