Netflix subscription multiple charges in one month?

so I have Netflix subscription for 2 screens. if its $9.99 per month, why is it charging me $9.99 two times per month?

Are both debits on the same date ? You've checked your account's purchase history and subscription section, does the app only appear once ? If it only shows once on that account then do you have other iTunes accounts, or are you an organiser in family sharing and a family member is also subscribing ? If it shows twice on your account can you turn one of them off ?
